The Point-Bee app allows you to rate your driver. Drivers must maintain a 4.5-star rating with Point-Bee. So don't wait for a taxi that may never arrive. Don't bug your friends for a ride. And most important, don't drive after drinking. Take Point-Bee and start your journey.
